This is the first of the Timekeeper's commercial dimensional portals, bases... stations. It is a huge building, with large doors leading into the smaller portal booths, a sealed off door on each side leading into the basement and roof. Most of the business takes place on the top floor, and then the floor above and below--none of it in the depths of the basement or above the third floor. In Coruscant, this is a bit of an anomoly--they bought a lot of space out.

There are huge clocks decorating the passage into the main room. Each displays the time on various planets and dimensions.

It costs 250 Republic Credits to take a jaunt across into another dimension, and you're on a timelimit unless you've paid to make your trip to another station. They will pull you back here when your time runs out, into one of the small booths, unless you jumped to another booth.

It's rumored that the Timekeepers can even send people through time... rather than just across the galaxy with their cute, completely scientific teleportation tricks.

There are a lot of windows here, but the archecturial style isn't much like Coruscant's. It looks more like something borrowed from an older train station on Terra.

[OOC: First RP post for MEI2! Joy and bliss.]

"Has this caused a disturbance in the Force?" Xaria had asked.

"No." replied Master Yoda. Slowly he paced. An oblong of open floor existed between the Council members and the Jedi Knights who had gathered, following the planet-wide announcement, to ask questions about the Time Station. "Strange, this is. Perhaps more unsettling than had minds screamed, mm? Much have we to learn and guess."

Xaria remembered those words with uncanny clarity as she walked under another arch into the main reception hall. One issue Yoda had brought up for discussion in circles greater than Xaria was allowed in was who exactly the Stations' founders were. None knew who spoke of it. The architecture of the Station had a comfortably derelict but alien feel to it and smelled slightly close and dusty.

The main hall contained enormous doors, helpdesks manned by droids or crisply dressed sentients, and crowds of people. Most had come to gawk, as Xaria and some other Jedi had.

The intent of one was more powerful and frightened than the others. More ready to travel.

The taste of naive wandelust combined with lawlessness felt exceptionally repulsive to Xaria. She looked around, tested--saw the humanoid spilling through one door behind a desk whose occupant talked to someone else.

"Hey!" She shouted. The guilty humanoid hesitated, turned quickly toward her and then back.

She gently immobilized him in the Force and he screamed. Xaria strode between the Twi'lek desk minder and her customer, both of whom had turned to find the source of the scream. "That one didn't pay his toll, did he?"

"I don't recognize him." said the Twi'lek. A light on her headset beeped and a tall droid stomped over and took the humanoid's arms in its pincer-hands. He babbled.

"He speaks Balosar." said the security droid. "He talks of escape, but not of credits."

"Erm, take him uplevels," said the Twi'lek. "Thank you, miss Jedi..."

Xaria nodded. "Have there been others like this?"

"Yesm. Wanting to leave the planet for free."

"And go where?"

"There's a selection of destinations, miss Jedi. If you'd like to look,"

"No, thank you. I'll look around though."

"You oughta have something for catching that," said the Twi'lek. "Here." She slid across the table a thin plastic card. A transport pass.

Xaria looked down at the little card, like a credit chit, and almost shrugged. She had never thought of journeying to another dimension; perhaps if she had though about it she would have said she felt too alive in her own world for that. However, the thing was free. "Thanks."

She snooped around some more, casually talked to other desk attendants, felt the Force around the access doors. Nothing else unusual.

She went outside and took an airtaxi back to the Temple.

Arriving at the Time Station, Cauldren got out of the taxi and had a look around. The place was huge! After some limited sightseeing he decided to stay close to the entrance since he didn't know when the others would show up. As he hadn't eaten anything yet today he decided on a small café just inside where he both could see and could be seen from the main entrance.

Sitting down he ordered a large sandwich and some fruit juice. As he waited for his breakfast he thought over this whole trip. He was both excited and worried at the same time. Visiting completely different worlds and not just planets was... well, it was something entirely different. But what if something went wrong? What if he couldn't go back? Then he'd never find out what had happened to his brother. Why he left.

He was interrupted by his food arriving so he put his thoughts aside and started eating. The sandwich was quite good actually, which was something you couldn't say about the juice. The taste wasn't bad, that wasn't the problem. It was rather that it didn't taste much at all. He didn't complain though, no need for that. Waiting for the others to arrive he slowly finished his sandwich.

Kerra approached the Time Station on foot, happily singing as she went, much to the dismay of anyone unfortunate enough to be within hearing distance. When she got closer she stopped singing and started observing instead. The Time Station was... impressive. It looked a bit out of place here on Coruscant though. Lots of people were passing by despite the early hour. Since there was no sign of any of the others outside the Jedi Master decided to take a look inside while she waited for them to arrive. Once inside, however, she soon spotted Cauldren where he sat at a nearby table.

"Hi Cauldren!" She quickly walked over to his table. "Mind if I sit down?" And she sat down without waiting for a reply. Now, how to put this?

"I talked to the Council about you yesterday and, well, they won't let you in. Right now, I mean. Don't worry though, they actually asked me to let you come with us and do a little evaluation of your personality and stuff like that . Nothing to worry about at all." She conveniently forgot to mention that she would have to make a detailed report. That would probably just have made him more nervous anyway. She was actually kind of glad that she had gotten this opportunity to tell him without any of the others there to overhear it.

"So anyway, now we just have to wait for the others to show up and then we'll be on our way. The Council was strangely happy that we volunteered for this it turned out. I think they've been planning to send people out for some time now but it seems they just never got to actually doing it."

She leaned back and looked out over the steady stream of people passing by on their way in and out. Still no sign of Xaria or Bonnie. Kerra studied the chronometer and saw that they had some time left before they would be late, but still...

"I hope they will be on time."

Bonnie landed on the steps of the time station. Pulling her wings under her robes as she interred the building and with a quick glance around the room, she found Cauldren and Kerra already seated. Cauldren eating a rather nice looking sandwich. Bonnie walked over and ordered a sandwich from the counter before sitting down with Cauldren and Kerra. "Goodmorning you two, good sandwich?" Bonnie took another glance around the room just to be sure she knew the layout of the room. It never hurt to be safe.

When Xaria knew no one was joining her she took an airtaxi to the Time Station. She had assumed that the ersatz group would move together, and stringing what would soon be a team in a strange land out in the first moments of the adventure felt like a bad idea to her. She had slept well, normally, and packed lightly as the Jedi did for missions, with their efficiat utility belts and her lightsaber and outfit hidden under a plain gray cloak. She cleared her mind of needless worries easily.

Assumptions notwithstanding she arrived inside the Time Station and overheard the other Jedi at a café table. "The Council was strangely happy that we volunteered for this it turned out. I think they've been planning to send people out for some time now but it seems they just never got to actually doing it." She had thought as much.

Arriving on Bonnie's heels, Xaria remained standing a moment, watching the few other beings inside. Then she sat, apprehensive at the prospect of drawing attention. "Morning." Apparently Cauldren hadn't been outright rejected by the Council; he was here. Probably Kerra had been assigned to watch over him, and Xaria would speak to her about that privatly if at all. Bonnie looked a bit frazzled, and felt weary to the Force. Would the fragile-looking Angel be alright?

"Ready to go?" Xaria asked.

Bonnie put down her sandwich as soon as Xaria entered. "I am ready" Bonnie was not as sure as atempted to sound last nights fight had taken a bit of phisical and mental eanergy not to mentin no sleap and very little food. "Shall we take a look at the available destinations?"

Kerra smiled happily as both Bonnie and Xaria joined them by the table and she greeted them both with a "Good morning". The tired look on Bonnie's face caught her attention but her worries were pushed aside when Xaria started talking about their mission.

"I sure do hope everyone's ready, heh." She looked in Cauldren's direction to see if he had finished his sandwich yet, and then continued.

"Now that we are all here, as Bonnie said, where do we go? The council wants us to visit as many worlds as we can but it's up to us to decide where to go first and how long we want to stay. We are currently the only team on this job, though they might send out another one if they manage to find more Masters and Knights with enough time on their hands, and that basically means we will have to cover all the worlds out there. Yeah, I'm fully aware that that's probably an impossible task.

And, ah, since we're bringing Bonnie and Cauldren we might want to go somewhere that's considered 'safe' for starters. Just a thought. Xaria?"

She looked over at the Knight.

"Since you're the one who knows the most about the other worlds maybe you have a good idea of where to start? The Council said they'd worked out some kind of agreement with the Time Station which probably means they will pay for our trips, so credits is not an issue as I understood it. Just pick a world you think might be... fun."

As she waited for a suggestion or two from Xaria the Jedi Master's attention drifted back to Bonnie again. The girl looked tired and Kerra could sense that it wasn't only because of her obvious lack of sleep. Please tell me it's only because she's excited to go to another world or something like that. We might have to leave her here if she isn't fit to travel.

"Bonnie, you look really tired. Please be honest with me, are you up to this?"

((OOC: Sorry for the late reply. I have no excuse, I simply suck :/ ))

Cauldren looked up as Kerra joined him at the table. He was going to return her greeting but she went on talking and he was anxious to hear what the council had to say about him so when she told him he listened intently.

At first he was disappointed when she told him they wouldn't let him in. Only maybe disappointed couldn't really describe it. But that passed when he heard the rest of the story. He was actually quite relieved to be given this chance. He would do his best not to waste it.

He didn't answer her right away and just when he was about to Bonnie showed up. He greeted the tired looking girl with a smile and answered her question with a comment about how good the sandwich was. It probably went unheard though, as then Xaria showed up too.

When she asked if they were ready Cauldren made sure to finish his sandwich, eating the last of it in three big bites. He didn't drink up the juice though. If he got thirsty later he could always find something better tasting then. Or at least something that actually had any taste. "I'm good to go." he said, looking up at her and then to the others.

Bonnie put forth the question about where they should be going. Cauldren hadn't thought to much about this as he had no idea what all the available destinations were like. He heard Kerra asking Xaria about the places available for travel, so at least it seemed he wasn't the only one who didn't know. He had to agree with her choice of world though. Going somewhere fun first seemed like... fun. He mused over this when Kerra spoke again.

Apparently he wasn't the only one to notice that Bonnie seemed tired. Kerra seemed quite concerned for her. He wondered what reason she could have for staying up all night just before the trip, as that was the most likely explanation for anyone looking this tired. He didn't think it was nervousness about going away since she had seemed quite keen about the trip. He turned to face her, looking to her purple eyes for a hint of... something.

Bonnie had hoped that her lack of sleep would not have shown but as everyone looked toward her that hope was squelched. "I do apologies for my poor choices last night. I was distracted by..... I have no excuse for staying up. This trip is quite literally my first mission I have been allowed to join," emotion began to grow in her feeling all of a sudden trapped in this world and a desire for a life beyond walls of training and structure. Memories of the other children's stairs, of being left to the last for everything. The gold in Bonnie's eyes began to flair just slightly "Please do not send me back just yet, this is a chance to be apart of something great, a chance to grow and to learn of life beyond that of the temple and see first hand the power of the force at work across the galaxy and across time. The force has brought the four of us together for a reason what that reason may be I do not know but it must be significant!" Bonnie gained control of her feelings and quieted them for a time. "If it is your wish I stay, than I shall abide by your words and stay" Bonnie took in a breath. Quit literally that had been the first time she had ever addressed Jedi Masters in such a way, many would send her back for her lack of control or at the very least for her lack of sleep. Bonnie hoped that they would still allow her to join but that may be to much to hope for.

She studied Bonnie's face as she listened to her little speech. The padawan seemed honest enough and that was really all Kerra needed.

"If you are sure who am I to stop you? Though I think I will send you home if you can't handle it. Anything goes wrong and it's my head the Council will take so... Do try to control yourself a little, and don't look so worried. It's not like I eat padawans or anything, and even if I did I have already had breakfast today. "

She laughed and looked back at Xaria.

"So, err, just pick a world and let's be off."

"Mmm, Padawans," Xaria mumbled. She looked around at the various information kiosks she had stopped by earlier. "I think Terra sounds like a good world. It doesn't have any planet-wide conflict. They're getting used to aliens--sort of--because of the mutants so we won't look too funny, Bonnie."

I wasn't planning on sending you back at all, she thought-sent to the Angel. Everybody has a first mission.

Not that I can remember mine...and this one is wierder than usual. These were contained thoughts. She felt happiness at the Council trusting her to go, especially as a respected Jedi watching over two initiates.

Heart felt feelings of kindness and compassion filled the table and A smile came across Bonnies lips, she was in good company. The realization that she would be safe with these Masters made her uneasiness fade into the back ground. "I do apologies for my outburst I had no place to speak the way I did"
Bonnie flashed a grin "Terra sounds good shall we go then" One good thing came out of her outburst Bonnie realized, the day seamed more alive now and her eyes became a little more aware of her surroundings "May I ask what shall we use for currency while we are their?"

((OOC: Yeah well, we're off then I guess. Now, I have no idea how this Time Station thingy works so.. Cy, or anyone else, feel free to get us going for real. ^^ Also, sorry for really really short post. Embarassed ))

"I'm sure it will work out just fine then. To Terra! I think I like it already, I mean, it's almost the same as my name." Laughing at that she got up from the table and waited for the others to follow before going to get tickets for them.

"I've got this pass," Xaria said. "You can put the traveling fee on your Temple credit." She led the group to the desk she had been at earlier, where you could purchase tickets and specify a location to transit to, which would be in this case the Terra time station. "The Terran currency looks like this," She pointed to a green slip of paper which was laminated under the countertop and labeled as such. "We can change credits over at either station." Xaria herself had a small packet of credit chits at her belt.

((OOC: I believe transiting is as easy as walking though a door in this time station as soon as all dialogue on Coruscant is done and saying "next post in New York thread!" P.S. I have no idea what plot points, if any, await us in New York, as I was assuming the Terra time station is in Chicago, which it isn't. Feel free to continue your little girl plot, Bonnie.))

As the others started to head out so did Cauldren. He followed Xaria and the others over to where you could purchase tickets and exchange money. He assumed that since he wasn't officially part of the Temple yet he would have to pay for himself and so he did. The fare was noticeable but didn't put a serious dent in his traveling money as he had been quite prepared for an expensive trip here to Coruscant, and back home again if things didn't work out.

After purchasing his ticket and getting himself some Terran money he waited for the others to get ready and when they moved on he followed them through to this interesting new world.

((OOC: I'm done, see you on Terra unless you choose to interact more with me here ^^ ))

It seemed the Council had kept their promise and alerted the Time Station of their existence. Getting tickets for the two in the company that actually needed them was easily taken care off and it wasn't long before they were on their way. Kerra took a deep breath and stepped into the new world.

The Ace that had just exited hyperspace and entered the atmosphere landed near the Time Station. Inside Cae made sure he had everything he'd need before he left the ship and looked around at the scenery just outside.

City. There was no other way to describe the planet so trying to find other words would be stupid. He didn't like stupid. In fact, he hated stupid. Like the Jedi for instance, they were stupid. Actually, when he thought about it, most other people were stupid and that was one of the reasons he considered it a good idea to just put an end to their miserable existance. This city was so full of people that wiping them all out would be a really nice start of the day if one only cared about oneself's good mood. Which, incidentally, Cae happened to do.

He stood there and thought about this and that irritating thing for a while before turning to Shadow. "I guess we are here. Let's see what we can do about annoyingly peaceful place shall we?"

((Random act of fate time!!))

Suddenly, as Shadow and Cae draw nearer to the peaceful Time Station, a scream echoes out from the crowd. But this is no scream of terror or Sithly agony or anything else that would otherwise fuel the two Sith's masochistic and sadistic pleasureable bones. This is a scream that could only be defined as a shriek of utmost delight.

They are rushed by a hoard of screaming fangirls, vampire wannabies, and guys with tattoos and enough piercings to be at risk near magnets.

"OMG! I'M LIKE YOUR BIGGEST FAN!" The two Sith are dashed up against the wall of the Time Station, surrounded by flailing teenage girls and boys, screaming things such as "MARRY ME!" "I LOVE YOU!" "I MADE THIS CD JUST FOR YOU!" "AUTOGRAPH MY HAND!!!" "OH YEAH, AUTOGRAPH _MY_ HAND!!!!!" "I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABIES!" "IF I WERE GAY I'D MARRY YOU!"

Evidently the two Sith (who have been holed up on Korriban far too long) bear a strong resemblence to some emo rock band and are under a case of mistaken identity. They are left with only two choices--to MASSACURE THEM ALL, or to RUN!

((Hey, I didn't promise what SORT of evil. Besides, this was all I could think of. Have fun...))
