To heck with it. I fail at running RPGs with rules. Now, some rules have to be kept in mind...
1) No godmodding
2) No cybering
3) No gratious censor evasion
But, hey, bar that--go crazy. Actually, no, one more rule.
TIME MAGIC (and the other two corsponding... light and dark...) ARE STILL NON-CHARACTER POWERS. If this RP kicks off, I have a plot regarding that and if I have a bunch of time magicians running around, it kills things.
Timekeepers MUST be approved.
Beyond that, have fun. If you make a character sheet, PM me and I'll approve you--unless it's obvious other people won't have fun. You can't write other people's characters and you still have to let others have a chance, but I'll keep an eye on this...
Hand of Fate WILL step in if someone goes out of bounds but not out of character. I'd rather not deal with things as a mod, so we'll be using our NPC aliases to direct things if necessary. But screw this serious RPG, have some fun. Make your crazy skinny characters with guns on all parts of her body and three types of magic. As long as you treat other people like people, and don't interfere with plots like crazy, oh, and don't one hit kill since I count that as godmodding... yeah.
Look, yeah, if you wanna join the RP, join it and have some fun. The godmodding rule will be enforced by post nulling, and the PG-13 rule will be enforced by editing of posts.
But that's it. Go crazy. Have fun.
